Vietnam’s leading manufacturing solutions trade event, MTA VIETNAM opens today at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Back for its seventh edition, the event occupies 7,000 square metres at SECC – an increase of 26 per cent from 2009.

MTA VIETNAM2010 continues to gain support and interest from industry leaders as the show has seen strong exhibitor participation this year. A total of 342 local and international exhibitors are present over four days to showcase the latest in machine tools. This represents an impressive 46 per cent increase in exhibitors from the previous edition. Hailing from 23 countries and regions, the show will feature 11 group pavilions from Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and United Kingdom, with a new pavilion from Italy.

The event offers buyers and sellers an opportunity to network, gain visibility for their brands and review a wide range of the latest machine tools available on the market. Complementing the exhibition are two insightful seminars on 7 and 8 July – Engineering Maintenance Seminar and Production Waste Management Seminar, respectively. Held at Meeting Room 3 at SECC from 1400 - 1600hrs, the seminars offer opportunities to network and listen to expert viewpoints from industry professionals.
